If you've been notified that your package has been delivered but you haven't received it yet, don't worry, there are a few things you can do.
Firstly, we recommend waiting a day or two, as the package may still arrive. It's possible that the delivery driver marked the package as delivered by mistake or that it was delivered to a different location by mistake.
You can also check with your neighbors, leasing office, or any communal areas (if applicable) surrounding your delivery address to see if they have received the package on your behalf or if it has been misplaced. We recommend checking any areas where the package could have been hidden to deter theft.
